Refund policy

At Adelphia, we take pride in creating swims designed for sisterhood, movement, and year-round vacation.

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, all items are final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before placing an order, as we are unable to accept returns due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit preference

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

  • Personal expectations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to review your claim.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Resolution type will be determined at our discretion.

For approved defective or incorrect items, Adelphia will cover return shipping costs if a return is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Adelphia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or fulfilled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide all order documentation, tracking confirmation, and policy agreements to the payment processor.

We are always happy to work with you directly before formal disputes are initiated.
