Each piece is prepared and fulfilled with care. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because our products are prepared through our fulfillment partner, processing times may occasionally extend during high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time (United States Only)

After processing, the estimated delivery time is:

8–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • High shipping volume

  • Logistics disruptions

Adelphia is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after shipment confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Adelphia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check your mailbox and the surrounding area

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

Adelphia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
